Elias Topping was formed in 1992 by husband and wife team Altine and Neville Topping and from a standing start it has matured into a recognised niche practice for construction and property consultancy services throughout the UK.

The partnership has a reputation for providing strong leadership and a proactive approach to project control and risk aversion. The partners’ belief in understanding each Client’s individual requirements for a project, as well as addressing the financial and programme constraints before formulating a strategy ensures tailored solutions are established for every project undertaken.

Elias Topping can totally manage and lead a development, ensuring the project is properly managed and delivered, from start to finish.  Our services will not be limited to those specified and wherever possible we will seek to add value with services and advice from our expertise and experience.

Wide Experience

The diverse qualifications and years of experience of the partners and staff enable Elias Topping to offer a wider based level of service than many of its competitors.  Our experience and qualifications encompass not only the normal services expected of Chartered Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers but encompass town planning, property development, civil engineering, planning supervision, and strategic property analysis including supply and demand research and property acquisition.

Whilst these specific services may not be required for every commission, the knowledge base and understanding of the whole development process enables Elias Topping to understand the position of all the professional parties involved in a development project including the finance providers and most importantly the developers and occupiers.

This ability to provide an overall Project Management service combined with effective control of costs and risk has meant that many organisations have turned to the company to manage all aspects of their accommodation procurement process.
